1. Who is responsible for your data
Virtual Accelerate ("VA") is a platform for running acceleration and incubation programs. The organization that runs your program decides what data its program collects, why, who gets it and how long it is kept; in law it is the controller. VA processes that data on the organization's instructions; in law VA is the processor. For sign-in, server logs, email delivery and Google data, VA decides itself and is the controller. For questions about your data in a program, write to the organization; its contact is in the letters it sends you. 2. What VA processes, why and on what basis

Answers marked required on a form are needed to review the application; without them the form cannot be sent.

4. Where your data is stored and how long
For transfers to the United States the suppliers rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. VA keeps program data for as long as the organization instructs, account data while the account exists, and Google data while the Google account stays connected.
5. Google user data: Google Calendar and Google Meet
Staff and mentors may connect their own Google account to VA; connecting is optional. VA accesses, through the permission you grant on Google's consent screen, the events of your own calendars, your Google Meet settings and the email address of the Google account. VA uses this data to create, update and cancel in your calendar, with a Google Meet link, the meetings you plan in VA, to show you your other events and free time, and to read guests' replies; for that VA sends Google the title, time and guests of those meetings. VA stores the access key encrypted on its servers in Germany. VA shares Google data with nobody except its hosting supplier, Amazon Web Services; guests' replies are shown to the meeting's guests and to the program staff. VA does not use Google data for advertising or to train artificial intelligence models. VA keeps Google data while your account stays connected. To delete it, press "Disconnect Google" in your VA profile: VA deletes the access key and the Google data it read, except the meetings you planned in VA and the record that you connected Google. Removing Virtual Accelerate at myaccount.google.com/permissions stops VA's access; the deletion happens when you disconnect in VA.
Virtual Accelerate's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The use of information received from Google Workspace scopes will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction, deletion or restriction, and for a copy in a portable format; you can object to processing based on legitimate interest, withdraw a consent at any time without affecting earlier processing, and complain to the data protection authority of your country. Write to the organization that runs your program; for sign-in, logs, email delivery and Google data, write to info@virtualaccelerate.com.
7. Automated decisions
VA makes no automated decisions about you.

4. Где хранятся данные и как долго
